Self-Service Check-in Kiosk and Automatic Bag Drops

The Airnorth team would like to take a moment to update you on significant changes to the Airnorth check-in counters at Darwin International Airport. As part of Airnorth’s ongoing commitment to enhancing your travel experience, our new Self-service Check-in Kiosk and Automatic Bag Drops have been activated.

Travel Advice for departing Darwin Airport

To ensure an efficient and seamless experience for all passengers we ask our customers to review our Check-In times.

How to check-in

  1. Visit any Self-service Check-in Kiosk and select the Airnorth logo. Auto bag drop is only to receive baggage once you’ve checked in via the Kiosk.
  2. Enter either your Airnorth Booking Reference Number, Ticket Number or scan your Passport.
  3. Follow the check-in prompts to confirm you fight details, select seat and select checked baggage, baggage tags will print.
  4. Continue to complete check-in for boarding pass to print.
  5. Follow baggage tag instructions to Affix bag tag to your bags.  
  6. Proceed to Automatic Bag drop, choose Airnorth logo, scan your boarding pass, and follow the prompts.

Note: No bags to check-in, you can proceed to the boarding gate 20 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights or proceed through Customs for international flights only once you have checked yourself in using the Kiosk
