Marking International Women’s Day with our people and partners

Airnorth proudly marked International Women’s Day by celebrating the talented women who help keep our airline moving, in the air, on the ground and behind the scenes. From flight operations and engineering to customer service, commercial and leadership roles, women play a vital part in shaping the strength, safety and future of our organisation. 

In partnership with Airport Development Group, Airnorth produced a special video to recognise and celebrate the women working across the aviation journey. Featuring voices and perspectives from across the airport environment, the piece highlights the diverse roles women hold and the contribution they make every day to connecting people and communities. 

The initiative reflects more than a moment of recognition. It speaks to Airnorth’s broader commitment to inclusion, opportunity and creating pathways for women in aviation — an industry where representation continues to grow, supported by visible role models and strong workplace culture.
