Locals Fare Terms and Conditions
Booking Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the Gove and Kimberley Locals Fare program:
- The Locals Fare is available only to customers whose primary residence is within the eligible catchment area for the relevant regional airport and who can provide supporting documentation to confirm residency.
- Broome residency within postcodes 6725, 6726 and 6728
- Kununurra residency within postcodes 6743, 6740, 6770, 6765
- Nhulunbuy residency within 50km radius of Gove airport
- Customers must be registered and verified by Airnorth before accessing the Locals Fare.
- Each registered customer, and each eligible household member residing at the registered address, may purchase a maximum of six (6) return trips per calendar year under the Locals Fare program.
- All travel must:
- Originate from the eligible regional port
- Be booked as a return journey only
- Be for personal travel purposes only
- No one-way or multi-city bookings are permitted.
- Locals Fares are subject to availability and limited seat allocation on each flight.
- Fares are bookable 30+ days prior to departure.
- One (1) change per booking may be made free of charge when requested more than 30 days before departure.
- Changes made within 30 days of departure, or second and subsequent changes, will be subject to Airnorth’s standard change fees and fare rules.
- Bookings must be made through the Airnorth Customer Contact Centre on 1800 627 474.
- Airnorth reserves the right to:
- Request proof of residency at any time
- Cancel bookings found to be in breach of the program’s terms and conditions
- Amend, suspend or withdraw the Locals Fare program at any time.
- All fares are per person, in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes.
- Infants under two (2) years of age may travel free of charge when not occupying a seat.
- Prices and bookings are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
- Fares are subject to change without notice.
