We love feedback; the good, bad and neutral. It helps us understand how we are performing and where we need to improve and what’s important to you.

You can share your feedback with us via email, mail, online or messenger.

What will we do with information provided as feedback?

Airnorth Customer Service department provides feedback facilities on this site to allow customers to provide input into the services and goods they have received while using Airnorth.

Customers may provide personal details for the purpose of receiving a reply to their feedback. The feedback provided may also be used for the purpose of rewarding staff for outstanding service, improvement on services within our network and operations and/or remarketing on social media platforms. We will not add your email address or name to any mailing list.

Airnorth may publish aggregated information about your feedback, providing your first initial and last name (ie; J. Good).

If you do not give permission for your feedback to be used for this purpose or displayed in this fashion, please notate this in your feedback.
