Parrtjima

Parrtjima held over 10-19 April is a standout cultural event that uses light, art and storytelling to share Aboriginal stories in a powerful outdoor setting. Held beneath the MacDonnell Ranges, the festival transforms Alice Springs after dark and offers a deeply memorable cultural experience.
Perth Comedy Festival

Running from 20 April to 17 May, the Perth Comedy Festival attracts some of the biggest names in comedy alongside emerging talent. It is a perfect excuse for a city break, with time to enjoy Perth’s dining, cultural precincts and nearby coastal escapes.
Kimberley Moon Experience

Held in Kununurra from 15-24 May, the Boab Metal Ord Valley Muster brings together music, community and the dramatic landscapes of the east Kimberley. With open-air performances and a relaxed regional atmosphere, it is an ideal reason to explore the region and stay on to discover its rivers, gorges and walking trails.
Bass in the Grass

Darwin’s most iconic music event returns 16 May with a mix of Australian and international acts set against the tropical backdrop of Mindil Beach. Bass in the Grass is a celebration of live music, warm nights and the Territory’s easy-going festival culture.
