BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Eligible customers are those whose primary residence are within the following postcode 6743, 6740, 6770, 6765 and can provide supporting documentation to prove their residential address
- To access the Locals Fare, you must be registered with Airnorth and receive a confirmation number to enable you and your family to access the Locals Fare
- You and each member that is registered and resides at the registered address will have access to a maximum of six (6) return airfares annually
- Trips must originate in the regional port (Kununurra) and be a return-trip to Perth ONLY. No other destinations from Kununurra are currently available under the Locals Fare Program. Flights are subject to availability
- 30+ days before day of departure $598*
- 29-0 days before departure $748*
* return airfares including all taxes and charges
- 15% capacity per flight will be made available to the Locals Fare Program
- These seats will be available for sale up to the day of departure unless sold out first
- Some peak period flights may be excluded from the Program
- One (1) change per booking can be made 14 days before departure and is FREE – but our normal change conditions and fees apply to second or subsequent changes
- Airnorth reserves the right to request documentation at any time to confirm the residency status of a customer
- Airnorth reserves the right to cancel bookings found to be in breach of the program’s terms and conditions
- Flight prices are per person in Australian Dollars.
- Infants under two (2) years of age are eligible to fly free of charge with an accompanying adult
- Prices and Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is made
- Non-refundable, no re-routing and no name changes. Tickets can placed in credit for six months
- Bookings are made through the Airnorth Reservations centre by contacting 1800 627 474
- The Locals Fare program will operate for a trial period; 01 February 2022 to 30 June 2023
- Fares are subject to change at any time
- Airnorth reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Locals Fare at any time.

A: The Locals Fare is available to verified residents that live within the postcode 6743, 6740, 6770 and 6765.
Q. Where can I fly to?
A. The Locals Fare is only available for return travel from Kununurra to Perth.
Q: How do I register?
A: Click “Locals Fare” and fill in the registration form that can be found within the BOOK section of our website.
Q: How do you verify my details?
A: Airnorth may ask for proof of residency in the form of a Drivers License, Proof of Age card and/or other applicable photo ID.

Q: What are the travel periods?
A: 01 May 2022 to 30 June 2023.
Q: Are there any blackout periods?
A: The Locals Fare is available for travel anytime during the year, subject to availability. Some peak flights may not be available.
Q: Can I purchase anytime?
A: Yes, subject to availability, prices are quoted below for Kununurra to Perth return.

Q: Can I purchase a one way airfare now and my return date later?
A: The Locals Fare can only be purchased from Reservations with a confirmed departure and return date.

A: Yes.
Q: Do I still receive other benefits such as the 20 kilos checked luggage and complimentary refreshments.
A: Yes.
Q: Can I change my flight when booking the Kununurra Locals Fare?
A: Only date change or place in credit allowed.
Q: What aircraft services the Kununurra Locals Fare?
A. The Locals Fare only applies to Airnorth jet services between Kununurra and Perth.
Q: Is the Locals Fare available for my whole family?
A: All registered and verified family members that reside at the same address will have access to the Locals Fare program.

Q: What if I move from Kununurra, can I still use my Locals Fare?
A: The Locals Fare is designed to help make air travel more affordable for the locals of Kununurra (and/or applicable post codes). If you have moved permanently from the area, you will be no longer be eligible to redeem.
