Flight changes

The fare for your new booking may be higher than the original fare, depending on what fares are available
You are required to pay any difference between the fare for your new booking and the original fare
Your new booking must be for travel anywhere on the Airnorth network within 12 months of the date that the original ticket was issued

Air Net Fare Rules

Booking changes	Changes can be made by phoning Airnorth Reservations 1800 627 474. Changes before the day of scheduled departure: At the time of making the change you are required to pay the change fee applicable as at the date of the change and any fare difference between the fare for your new booking and the original fare. Your original fare may be used as credit toward the payment of a new fare of equal or higher value, provided the new fare conditions are met. Your new booking must be for travel anywhere on the Airnorth network within 12 months of the date that the original ticket was issued. You are unable to re-book and travel on the same day. Changes on the day of scheduled departure: Not permitted. Loss of fare.
Name changes	Not permitted.
Cancellations (including no- show)	Before the day of scheduled departure: Ticket value can be used toward payment for a new booking for travel anywhere on the Airnorth network within 12 months of the date that the original ticket was issued. You are unable to re-book and travel on the same day. No refund. On the day of scheduled departure: Not permitted. Loss of fare.
Children/infants	Infants (under 2 years) not occupying a seat travel free of charge on domestic flights. Discounts apply for infants (under 2 years) with a seat. Discounts are based on the fare type and the fare amount (excluding fees and surcharges) paid by the adult travelling, plus any surcharges, fees and taxes that apply. The exact total will be quoted once you have selected your flights. Infants must be accompanied, with a maximum of one infant per adult travelling. Infants on international services are charged at 20% of the full economy Y class fare.

Name changes	Not permitted.
Cancellations (including noshow)	Before the day of scheduled departure: Re-booking - see booking changes above. Ticket value can be used toward payment for a new booking for travel anywhere on the Airnorth network within 12 months of the date that the original ticket was issued. No refund. On the day of scheduled departure: As above, except in the event of a no-show, in which case the fare value is lost.
Children/infants	Infants (under 2 years) not occupying a seat travel free of charge on domestic flights. Discounts apply for infants (under 2 years) with a seat and children (2 to 11 years). Name changes	Permitted
Cancellations (including no- show)	Fare is fully refundable with the exception of Arnhem Land routes (Maningrida, Milingimbi and Elcho Island). In the event of no-show on these services, tickets remain valid for travel as per the original itinerary on a stand-by basis only, however no refund is available.
Children/infants	Infants (under 2 years) not occupying a seat travel free of charge on domestic flights and at 20% of the adult fare paid on international flights Discounts apply for infants (under 2 years) with a seat and children (2 to 11 years). Discounts are based on the fare type and the fare amount (excluding fees and surcharges) paid by the adult travelling, plus any surcharges, fees and taxes that apply.
