The Qantas relationship with Airnorth dates back to 2001 and was forged following the demise of Ansett, when Qantas facilitated the hosting of Airnorth within Qantas distribution and selling systems.
Qantas codeshare is offered on the majority of Airnorth flights operated by the E170 jet including Perth, Kununurra, Broome, Townsville, Gove/Nhulunbuy, Toowoomba, Melbourne, Cairns and internationally to Dili in Timor Leste. This allows Airnorth and Qantas passengers the benefit of connecting flight coordination, including through check-in and interline baggage facilities.
Airnorth passengers also earn Qantas / Oneworld Frequent Flyer points and where eligible are able to access the Qantas Club.
